Restorative Dialogue & Mediation Program
The Restorative Dialogue & Mediation Program provides community members with a professional, confidential, and secure environment to address conflict, civil disputes, and other issues.
This program takes the form of a mediation, where parties meet to discuss an issue, settle a dispute, or come to a civil agreement.
This program offers mediation for cases that need a formal agreement or a restorative intervention for parties that need a space to talk, but do not need a written agreement.
Anyone in the community can request this service. Please see eligibility below.
This program can also help survivors of domestic and sexual violence address the harms caused by the abuse, both emotional and financial. Restorative Dialogues can also be used for reunification cases between youth/adults and their families.
Restorative dialogues are facilitated by trained mediators that act as neutral parties. Our program is available in all of San Diego County, is free of charge and completely confidential.
