Community Circle Facilitation
RJC offers facilitation for community support circles. The purpose of these circles is to provide a safe environment for people with similar lived experiences to connect & process.
We are looking to partner with other organizations and host circles for the communities they serve. Examples of community circles we have facilitated include: Violence impacted communities, Safe spaces for survivors of sexual & domestic violence, Youth circle for at risk high-schoolers, among others.
RJC can also facilitate wellness circles for staff & volunteers at your organization.
Reentry Programming
RJC’s Reentry Programming is based on the restorative justice principles of accountability, recognizing harms, developing empathy and remorse, understanding victim impact and personal healing.
RJC is looking for partners interested in offering our copywritten curriculum at their facilities. Our programs are adaptable to the facility’s or organization’s needs.
Our reentry programming offerings can include an Advance Conflict Resolution Clinic and California DRPA Mediation Certification.
